His years of education include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University Law School, and a Master’s degree in Taxation (L.LM) degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
Bill has lived and worked in the Bay Area most of his life, where he has raised his family and has been highly involved in the local community. In addition to being a member of the State Bar Association since 1981, he is an active member of the Rotary Club of Campbell, serving as its Future Vision chair, a member of the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the San Jose Flycasters, currently serving on its Board of Directors.
